    Now you’re ready to complete the application for your HELOC, also known as a 1003 in mortgage speak. This is when you’ll provide your financial documentation securely for review and underwriting.

  3. Close Your HELOC
    Make sure you have a Valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID card, or passport) with you. Your Personal Mortgage Advisor will let you know what items you’ll need to bring or send in securely for completion of your loan and also coordinate with title for the closing location and time with you, even if its in the comfort of your own home.

It also allows up to 5 repayment options each month ranging from full principle and interest to just interest and even options less than full interest so when you need flexibility you can can control it all. With no recast worries, even if lowest payment is chosen every month — you can sit back and relax for the entire life of your loan. 

Here’s how it works: Once we underwrite and approve your loan request you have anywhere from 1 to 5 options for repayment of the HELOC each month and this is based on your age not credit. You can choose a payment that fits your budget and change it each month if you choose. And because the loan cannot recast you could choose to never make more than the lowest payment and keep that payment the same for up to 40 years.
