Responsibilities for Loan Processor

  • With consistent increases in business, we are in need of an additional strong and seasoned Mortgage Loan Processor.
  • Must have a min of 3-5yrs+ experience in residential mortgage processing.
  • Strong organizational skills is also a must.

Qualifications for Loan Processor

  • Experience analyzing income
  • 2-5+ years of FHA, VA, and Conventional recent processing experience.
  • Knowledge of Encompass LOS is a huge plus.
  • Knowledge of compliance / TRID regulations
  • Proactive and timely communication to customers and business partners on loan decisions and underwriting guidelines.
  • Accurately and quickly request and obtain needed items for submission of loan as well as completion of final approval to meet underwriters requests for closing.
  • Able to hold weekly pipeline reports with loan originators.
  • Superior internal and external customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a flexible and fast paced production oriented environment.

Responsibilities for Loan Officer Assistant

We are looking for 2-3 additional Mortgage Originators that have their Colorado License.

© 2024 US Mortgages. All rights reserved. Max loan size for a conventional loan is $766,550 and min loan size is 125k. No lender fee special, requires min loan size of 300k or a previous customer of USM and part of our Lowest Rate for Life program. Eligible loans must meet conventional or FHA/VA requirements. Limited to owner occupied properties only. Not all applicants will qualify. "Lowest Rate for Life" program requires borrowers to maintain good credit and verifiable employment. Loans must be eligible for FNMA, FHLMC or GNMA delivery and all loans require to be underwritten and acceptable by at least one of the federal agencies. On any future loan completed by US Mortgages borrowers will not be charged for any lender fees, including the cost of appraisal up to $600. There is not a limit to the number of loans the borrower can complete under this program, however the interest rate must be dropped by at least 1/2% over their current rate to ensure borrowers receive a net tangible benefit and a minimum of 6 payments must be made on the current loan to be eligible. Purchase Loans and our unique Grant money down payment is limited to owner occupied properties only and buyer must be first time home buyer and not had homeownership within the last 3yrs to be eligible. (first responders can be eligible even if they own a property currently case by case) Borrowers must make at least 6 payments on the loan in order for the Grant Money to be forgiven. Min FICO for Grant Money is 620. Property types (condo, townhome, SFR) are acceptable. 2 unit owner occupied homes are also acceptable.
