Thank you for taking some time to review our posting. US Mortgages is a Colorado based Direct Correspondent Lender. We are looking for 2-3 additional Mortgage Originators that have their Colorado License. *PLEASE DO NOT APPLY if you do not have your license already in place or at least in process.

We provide quality leads daily and a strong compensation program and incentives for production

• No internet leads that have been called 25 times before you got them
• No traveling
• No begging Realtors for business
• No mining of an old picked through database to try to bring loans out of the woodwork.

We have a proven track history as well as great brand awareness and a slew of unique product and benefits that are unique over all competitors. We also carry a BBB A+ rating. Our business provides more leads than we can properly get to and why we are looking to add Personal Mortgage Advisors (PMA's) to accommodate.

The right person will have a valid Colorado Mortgage Originators License as well as integrity and a good track record for both experience and customer service and then you can sit down and start getting leads your first day here.

We are a direct Lender with Agency approval and can close in 21 days or less

Strong back office support and deep ability to assess risk allow us the ability to close loans others deny. We go to 580 FICO and lower every day and look for ways to make our customer experience the best in the business.
